A: Go to the Premium screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

A: For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Sharoushi Quiz > Cancel Subscription. For Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Sharoushi Quiz > Cancel.

A: Learning progress is stored locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, progress cannot be automatically recovered. We recommend backing up your device regularly.

A: You can manage notification settings within the app under Settings > Notifications, or through your device's system settings.
